Pretty good value but watch out for red

| I got the red sectional with the chaise and ottomon. The red is a bright color, not horrible looking but can rub into clothes. The fabric is almost like a suede, not so bad to clean. Other than that, the couch is a good value for the price, comfortable and easy to set up. The ottomon is perfect and adds as extra leg rest.I would recommend a more neutral color and adding some cool throw pillows. |
Good Cheap Couch

| This is at or a bit below Ikea quality furniture. If you just want something that looks respectable and is comfy then this couch is fine. Assembly is slightly involved but not onerous. The throw pillows are hideous but that's just my aversion to zebra print in general. |
Annoying to put together.

| The furniture is comfortable. It is very annoying to put together. It takes about 2 hrs to put together... If you have a pet that sheds all of the hair will stick to the furniture. It sits about 3 ppl at a time |
OK sectional; TERRIBLE company

| This sectional is OK and serves the function of something to sit on. However, the assembly instructions are simply pictures and omit any name/numbers/information about 1) how to put the sectional together, 2)most importantly: that the parts/cushions are ALL LOCATED WITHIN THE SECTIONAL BASES THEMSELVES, 3)manufacturer name and number. Luckily, we were able to find a handy video online that showed us that the pieces (we thought we missing) are actually located inside of the sectional bases. After putting together the sectional, we started to assemble the ottoman and discovered a minor defect that prevented us from screwing on the 4th leg. After over a month, and the great help of Amazon Direct, we were able to resolve this issue with AMAZON and NOT the manufacturer. The manufacturer, Poundex, failed to return calls and emails after telling me that they would be able to handle the issue. I will NEVER buy from this company again and have complained to Amazon not to use this company. Awful, awful, awful. |
